What Is Shadow Work?

Shadow work is the process of becoming aware of the unconscious patterns, triggers, and protective behaviors that shape your relationships, choices, and identity.

Many of us learned to suppress emotions like anger, grief, shame, or fear in order to survive. Over time, these hidden parts begin to show up as anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or repeating unhealthy relationship dynamics.

Shadow work is not about fixing yourself.
It is about understanding yourself so you can move through life with clarity and intention instead of reacting from past wounds.

Why This Group Exists

Healing alone can feel confusing and isolating. When you share space with others who are also committed to growth, something shifts. Patterns lose their intensity, shame begins to soften, and insight becomes easier.

This online circle allows you to access support from the comfort of your own home while still experiencing connection and community.

You are always in control of how much you share. Listening is just as powerful as speaking.

What to Expect in Each Session

Each gathering is structured and guided so you feel safe and supported.

Sessions include:

  • A short grounding or nervous system regulation practice

  • Education on emotional patterns and triggers

  • Guided reflection or journaling

  • Optional group sharing

  • Practical tools you can apply immediately

  • A closing integration to help you return to daily life centered and calm

No prior experience with shadow work or spirituality is required.
