You Are Not Alone
Here are some vetted resources and teachers who can support you on your journey. Healing and awakening often mean unlearning old patterns, questioning inherited beliefs, and rediscovering what truly feels aligned. As you begin to change your belief system, remember that not everyone will understand — and that’s okay. Growth can be uncomfortable for those still living within the old paradigm.
Trust yourself. Gravitate toward the spaces, teachings, and people that help you feel grounded, expanded, and seen in your truth.
Omaha:
Unity of Omaha is the city’s only church dedicated to celebrating Oneness. Rooted in the belief that every individual is a divine expression of the same Source, Unity embraces all faiths, paths, and backgrounds. Their teachings center on spiritual growth through personal experience, affirmative thinking, and compassionate action. Services feature uplifting music, an engaging band, and opportunities for community connection—including a beloved Friday night drum circle. Unity of Omaha provides an open, welcoming environment for anyone seeking peace, healing, and spiritual empowerment.
First Unitarian offers an inclusive spiritual home that honors wisdom from all faith traditions. Rooted in open inquiry and shared humanity, the congregation welcomes people of every background and belief system to explore life’s big questions together. Services are thoughtful, uplifting, and often creative—one Easter service even celebrated the beauty of Pagan traditions. With its classic architecture, warm community, and progressive outlook, First Unitarian provides a space where curiosity, compassion, and connection thrive.
I personally met and recommend psychic medium Jess Coleman. She offers compassionate, intuitive guidance from her Omaha studio. With a warm and natural approach, she helps clients navigate spiritual awakenings, relationship questions, career shifts, and the pain of loss. Her belief: when you let faith be bigger than fear, you open to clarity, healing and connection beyond the visible. Her readings bring comfort, insight and soul-level support. She helped calm my nerves and provided insight that has helped on my journey.

Several books out there by Eckhart Tolle He is an internationally recognized spiritual teacher best known for his books The Power of Now and A New Earth. His teachings center on the practice of presence—helping people free themselves from overthinking, ego-driven suffering, and emotional reactivity. His gentle approach offers a practical path to spiritual clarity for seekers of all backgrounds.
The first person I stumbled upon was Quazi Johir - He is a next-generation thought leader focused on the art of manifesting your reality through identity shifting and consciousness mastery. He began his public teaching journey in 2018 and quickly gained a large following by showing how he released limiting beliefs, took radical ownership of his experience, and created extraordinary results. I was interested in changing my reality with manifestation and unlocked a new me.
