Online Version THE ENERGY RESET
3 Weeks to Build a Practice You Can Actually Keep
Breathe. Move. Center.
You don't always need more information. Sometimes you need a simple way to shift your state, reconnect with your body, and create a practice that fits into real life.
The Energy Reset is a 3-week guided online experience that teaches you how to use breath, movement, and meditation as everyday tools for regulating stress, restoring energy, and returning to center.
No complicated routines. No previous experience required.
Just three weeks to learn the tools, practice together, and build your own 30-minute Energy Reset.
Why an Energy Reset?
We spend our days taking in information, conversations, responsibilities, emotions, screens, noise, and stress.
Eventually, the body needs somewhere for all of that stimulation to go.
The Energy Reset teaches you three accessible practices you can use to intentionally change your state:
BREATH → MOVE → CENTER
Instead of trying to force yourself directly into stillness, you'll learn to work with your body first.
Your 3-Week Journey
WEEK 1 — BREATHE
Change your breath. Change your state.
Explore conscious breathing and experience how different breathing patterns can influence how energized, calm, or focused you feel.
You'll learn:
Why conscious breathing matters
Different styles of breathwork
When to use energizing versus calming breath
How to create a simple 10-minute breathing practice
Practice: 10 minutes of conscious breath
WEEK 2 — MOVE
Get out of your head and into your body.
We add intentional movement to the breath practice and explore how movement can help release tension, increase circulation, and shift stagnant energy.
You'll experiment with accessible practices such as shaking, stretching, rocking, flowing, dancing, and intuitive movement.
Practice: 10 minutes breath + 10 minutes movement
WEEK 3 — CENTER
Now we become still.
Meditation comes last for a reason.
For many people, sitting down and immediately asking the mind to become quiet can feel frustrating. Breath and movement give the body somewhere to place its attention first.
In Week 3, we'll bring everything together and explore meditation as the resting and centering point of the practice.
Your complete Energy Reset:
10 MINUTES BREATH
+ 10 MINUTES MOVEMENT
+ 10 MINUTES MEDITATION
= YOUR 30-MINUTE RESET
What You'll Walk Away With
By the end of the three weeks, you'll have more than a collection of wellness techniques.
You'll have your own repeatable practice.
You'll understand how to recognize when you need a reset, choose practices that fit your current state, move from activation toward centered awareness, and use the routine independently after the program ends.
This Is for You If...
You feel mentally overloaded or energetically drained.
You have trouble slowing your thoughts enough to meditate.
You know breathwork, movement, or meditation would probably help, but you've struggled to make them a consistent habit.
You spend a lot of time caring for, supporting, managing, or interacting with other people.
Or maybe you simply want to feel more present, energized, and connected to your body.
You don't need to consider yourself spiritual.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to be "good" at meditation.
You just need to be willing to practice.
